■ Request for Reports on Election Fraud and Interference ■

[The U.S. International Election Observer Group is waiting for conscientious informants to ensure a fair implementation of the June 3 early presidential election in South Korea]

■ Brief Background

A recent incident in South Korea involving the hacking of SK Telecom’s SIM card system has led to a massive leak of personal data belonging to civilians. This compromised information could potentially be used to manufacture forged identification, which in turn might allow foreigners to participate in the election illegally.

There are growing concerns that such forged IDs could be exploited to mobilize foreign students and migrant workers residing in South Korea for illegal voting activities in the upcoming June 3rd early presidential election. Specific reports of such cases have already been received.

In response, the U.S. Election Integrity Monitoring Group, currently operating in South Korea, is actively working to monitor and uphold the fairness and transparency of the election. One of our key missions is to encourage individuals with firsthand invovement or experience of election fraud to come forward with fact-based reports.

■ Protection and Rewards for Whistleblowers

1. Full Protection of Identity
All personal information, including nationality, name, and visa status, will be kept strictly confidential by our U.S. headquarters. No data will be disclosed under any circumstances.

2. Legal Status and Financial Support
If the information provided is verified as true, the whistleblower and their family may be eligible to safely relocate and settle in either South Korea or the United States, with the following support:

● Legal assistance for visa or permanent residency

● Housing and financial aid for settlement

● Ensuring legal positions via the coordination with Korean and U.S. government authorities

3. No Legal Disadvantage or Risk
